We are an early-stage start-up in the construction-tech area and we are now facing an exciting time where we need to redesign our product out of the knowledge and experience, we have gained so far. We are looking for an expert Mechanical Engineer to lead this journey from requirements to full serial production.
-Lead the design of the product sensor element and housing according to the requirements specified by the R&D team.
-Recommend areas where external support is needed and be the focal point for managing consultants and subcontractors.
-Assemble and integrate prototypes and samples.
-Design tests supporting the research and validate the performance of the product.
-Organize production data to enable serial production.
-Work closely with other R&D team members to enhance the product and keep innovating.
-Electronics Housing Design
-Materials
-Production technologies
-Tight tolerance design
-6+ years of relevant experience.
– 1-2 similar positions, preferred in building products from scratch
-Experience with NPI/ Industrialization.
-Self-Management – Independence.
-Strong communicator – able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively ideas/decisions, etc.
-Curiosity and passion for learning.
-Ability to write documentation in English for design, testing, and production.
